What to expect from your purchase
- Printed artwork is 5” x 7” Each piece comes in an 8” x 10” bright white matte with backing and can be easily removed to accommodate framing or matting to meet your preferences. The piece will be sealed in a clear cellophane sleeve.
- Giclée printed using acid-free, permanent, waterproof, archival, pigment-based inks so your print stays vibrant with crisp details.
- Ultra-premium, pH-neutral, bright white, archival paper has a luxurious, heavyweight, non-glare matte finish so your piece maintains a high-quality appearance for generations.
- Additional sizes are available for all prints.
- A Certificate of Authenticity will be included with each piece.

About Dennis Rubba
Following a rewarding 36-year career in Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, and Planning dedicated to "Meaningful Designs, Memorable Places" across Denver, Colorado, the United States, and the world, I have an exciting opportunity to create Meaningful Drawings of Memorable Places.
Rather than urban and campus environments as my primary placemaking canvas, I explore Pen & Ink drawings to capture the essence of Colorado places, evoking personal emotions and memories associated with them. Whether it's the bustling street of a vibrant Colorado city or town, the tranquil beauty of a mountain landscape, or the intricate architecture of historic landmarks, each place offers a unique scene to explore.
I launched Dennis Rubba Pen & Ink from my Denver-based studio to continue my lifelong passion for storytelling through design and drawings. I offer high-quality prints and original artwork for sale.

return policy
Returns
I offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or for any return question, please contact me at Dennis@DennisRubbaPenandInk.com If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified once I have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
